Our Interns
Smith & Lehmann Consulting has a dedicated team of youth and young adult researchers to infuse youth voice and perspectives into the evaluation of youth-serving programs. Smith & Lehmann does this both through paid internships and through regular employment of 15-19 year-olds as Research Assistants. YPAR Research Assistants coordinate with other Evaluation Team members to support other evaluation efforts as well as lead evaluation efforts with youth and young adult populations.
